There's a lot of names switching in general going on with the four sort of boss characters in the original Street Fighter II. The real life Mike Tyson knows about it and hasn't sued Capcom, so it doesn't seem to be too much of an issue. I just like that the reason for the name shifting was purely economical in the company's part. And we had the three characters named three different sets of two different sets of names depending if you were in Japan or not.
