Microservices in a Monolithic System
In a monolithic system, your unit tests can usually get you better confidence on the quality. By the time you've gone down the path, I've never seen a microservice architecture with two services in it. Even inside of a monolithic structure, would the connections to a database be considered a microservice? Or is it not? No, not really.

We cover how this relatively new approach will help you package your code for use on your system or for sharing with others.
Christopher shares a Real Python tutorial about using pathlib to get a list of all the files within a directory. We’re both fans of pathlib and how it simplifies working with file paths. The tutorial digs into methods to recursively list all directory contents or create a conditional listing.
