The Atonement: A Profound Journey
Hank: I just have come to love and appreciate and kind of empathize with Peter because I do dumb things and need the Lord's correction. Dan: We think about how profound the atonement is and what that act was. John: Christ knew that his faith wouldn't fail, but Peter let himself down. And yet Christ won't let him be overcome by this. He really does want to be friends with us, not just disciple and master,. Not just father and children, but friends, friends who help each other out.
