Fintech Lenders: How Does the Firm Plan to Get Through This Difficult Period?
The sector seems to be struggling a little bit right now. Cost of funds is obviously a key component of the economic model for by not pay later or any lending product. And that also impacts, I believe fintech lenders a little bit more because of the way that they underwrite versus the way we underwrite at banks. So you add all of those components right where the demand still there, but the cost of financing between cost of funds and cost of credit, etc. That becomes a challenge for finttech lenders, more so than than bank don't be in PNP L.
