We are loved into loving. How we're transformed at this deeper level is through new relational experiences that are loving and connected. We can't just snap our fingers and go through three steps or read a passage of scripture and this deep mental model is going to change, right? So we really have to seek out and develop secure-based relationships. And so two of the things I talked about in the book are kind of a bottom-up and top-down approach.
