The Doomerism of AI
I've gone from being very skeptical of the doomerism to like shut it down. I'm moving to Italy. This doesn't seem worth it. Why is this worth it? I think it's a question. Maybe in three generations from now, people will be like, God, thank God all this AI should happen. We're getting it on the good product. The new Tetris movie really started when he was based on a true story about a guy who tried to buy the IP rights to Tetris from its inventor. It includes the evil Robert Maxwell who tries to go on that kind of chase and thwart his efforts to pay and get the right thing done.
