The Impossible Question of Drag
Drag is the art of having fun with gender again, making it joyful and imaginative. It's a place that doesn't restrict people, giving people true freedom. The word drag was used to describe healers and mystical guides in Central Asia and in Siberia. People were interested in dressing up across the boundaries of gender,. And gosh, I guess it could go even back to religion, which in some ways was the original theater.
