The Appetite of the Will Is a Sense of Immateriality
We have a rational appetite so here we're thinking about things in a kind of immaterial way. The will or intellectual or rational appetite is one of the highest powers of the human person and it's just the appetite for the intellectually apprehended good. We can mirror god's interior life more perfectly than does lower creation according to christian tradition. With these powers know and love god then at its height we can know god with his own knowledge and lovegod with his own love which make us like god. It's pretty wild actually okay, that's all we mean to say by nature that'sall we mean to says by nature and for our people.
