After living through the trials and tribulations of a product investment culture, i decided it was time to make a significant change. The best way to set up our company and teams for success was to create dedicated, cross functional product teams. I worked with my cto and my direct reports and product design and analytics to reorganize the people and their teams into new missions where product trios of product managers,. product designers and engineering leads were in control of their decisions.
