Eric Lang took over the American International College Men's Hockey Team in 2016. The previous season, they were ranked 60 out of 60 Division I NCAA hockey team. They would go on to win the Atlantic Hockey League Conference four times in a row and make it to the NCAA Tournament regional semifinals three times.
