John fullerton came up with eight principles for governing common o sets. They were articulated differently, but the important thing in both frameworks is that it only works when all the principles are applying. Joe: How can people get hold of you? I typed my name into te gurgle and by me. You'll notice i'm drawing information from lot of places. And this is the problem, what heur education system doesn't draw the information together to find that the problem only becomes solvable when you entegrate the knowledge.
