i think of situations in my own life where i 've experienced, you know, drama or violence. Yet you want to scapegoat that person for doing that thing to you. It also seems like thats deeply connected to the capacity to live out what jesus was modelling - loving those who are maybe even oppressing us. And am i not guilty of manipulation, oris of taking power or of lording over any being? Of course i am.
