The Secrets of the Dark Side of the Moon
Isaac Clark is an engineer on a repair mission for the USG Ishmaara, a mining ship. The entire human crew of the Ishmaara has been infected by a virus that transforms them into necromorphs. Isaac and his crewmates split up to explore and figure out a way to escape this ship. Throughout it all, Isaac is determined to find his girlfriend Nicole, whom he believes must have survived.
