Alicia: I've been really amazed at the interest in that psych health and safety catalyst program we kind of pulled it together really quickly thinking hey this is a gap and this is a way that maybe we can address it so to have 10 really great companies as well wanting to participate it's fantastic. We're already getting a waitlist for early 2023 catalyst program as well and even mid 2023 yeahso people are now looking on for the end of 2023Yeah Alicia, one of the common themes that have come up during many of our episodes is the need for upskilling and collaboration across the different functional teams within an organization. How can organizations best approach this do you think?
