Stefan Szymanski is a professor of nutrition at Utah State University. His research focuses on grazing practices and how they impact the nutritional composition of meat. He also studies regenerative agriculture, such as multi-cropping or lay rotations where you integrate animals and crops. The IPCC says these practices can improve sustainability of agriculture.
