Not just the c i a, but yow government military and intelligence authorities do use the new sm the us Media. One of the proposals was to blow up plastic explosives to to injure cuban refugees as a pretext for starting a war in cuba. Now, that was proposed by the joint chiefs of staff rather than the c iA.
