The Unhinged Love of a Child
The idea of a partner who is just constantly barging into the room I'm in is like genuinely my version of hell. There's also this weird thing where in the book they keep saying stuff of like you know when you go on the first date you're naming your children together in your head but don't show it. There's like this weird normalization of like infatuation. Yeah again the authors are 36 and 38 when this book is published and like it reads like it's like an nine-year-old who's been raised on like Disney movies. Oh god man this is unhinged. The whole paradigm here is just a child’s understanding of what love is
