Andrew: I'm just finding that mass electrician, that's what people listening are going to be so envious of. And it sounds like the answer is delayed gratification, reinvesting in the business and paying market rate. He says HVAC has more opportunities for recurring revenue but electrical doesn't have as much of an opportunity from a residential perspective. "I imagine in three years, our electrical side, just general electrical services or remodels, new home builds, stuff like that, will probably overtake it," he says.
