"I actually have the presence of a stereotypical fucking like leader type person and it hurts me sometimes because I can't the perception is off," he says. "So if you don't even have that like loud, heavy presence as a leader, it actually serves you to lead the proper way easier." He also talks about how being best friends with your employees changes when they get bigger. 'It's important for you to become great friends with the people who you have now when your company is a little smaller'
