Baron: I think let's move on to adolescence. Do we want to ask about maybe tons select me? It's been controversial since I was a medical student. Not unless you have a lot of pharyngeitis right if you very recurring. The use of bacterium is so important, number one it's the most common cause of peritoncilar abscess in this age group. And that's where you get the dreaded lemer syndrome which I'll get to in a minute.
