The FBI's Consensual Sample on GSK

The first rape that we were aware of was from in 1976. So he was presumably born in say 1956 or earlier. He probably lived in Northern California. In his case, I had also taken his DNA and there used to be a tool that was available on the jet match site. It's not there any longer. We've got those three little pieces of information. So then what you do, and of course you know that the person is male. And so at that point, we decided that it would probably be useful if we could do a consensual sample on somebody to make sure that we really were in the right ballpark.
