The Glucose Dynamics During Exercise

The glucose dynamics that we saw, we sort of touched on this a bit. Some people who are using CGM see varying results. I myself at a certain intensity level start to see my blood sugar dramatically increase. And so I'll have, in some cases, over 200 milligrams per deciliter. That's like over 10 millimoles of glucose in my bloodstream just from workout fasted. So interesting how quickly these things change.
