What Is Beyond a Reasonable Doubt?

The prosecutor said beyond a reasonable doubt is a gut feeling. The only case that I know of is a Supreme Court case called Victor versus Nebraska, which reversed a trial court decision. It could have been any number of our segments. But in reality, that's perfectly reasonable forProsecutor to say because there is no fixed definition of what constitutes beyond areasonable doubt. And it's one of the reasons that that jury selection is so important.
