How Did You Start Your Career at Dowell's Chemical?
Hayden: I believe you started your career at Dowell's Chemical Pension Fund, or at least that was your first position within the asset management space. And before moving on to cover institutional research strategy at Samford C. Bernstein, now part of the Alliance Bernstein,. That firm is recognised as one of Wall Street's premier sell side research and brokerage firms. Could you just give us an insight into the research process and techniques you're able to learn and hone during your time there? Hayden: Well, yes. A lot of what you mentioned, a lot of an investment process and the framework we are using today, actually, I started building them up and learned from that time period.
