The Pros and Cons of Adding Malt Extract to Hot Water
Liquid malt extract is much easier to dissolve in water than using DME. It dissolves immediately almost as, you know, but at the same time, it's such a pain in the ass to get everything out of the container. The few times that I've used liquid malt extract in the past few years, it literally like creates spider webs,. Like blown away and you find little- The syrupy trails and the crops.
