A 2018 study of 40,000 American Canadian and British college students found that millennials are suffering from multi-dimensional perfectionism. In many areas of their lives setting unrealistically high expectations and feeling deep hurt and pain when they fall short. There's a workaholism about it. Thirdly, the fragility of modern identity leads to what's called, well, addiction to sex and romance.
