Is Fat Really Satisfying?

Fat is not particularly satiating for me as an individual. I can't just increase my fat and watch my weight drop. It has to be fat with carb restriction, because now i'm not getting those really hyper palatable fat sources. For me, dod i was not eating hyper palatable stuff. And that's something worth keeping in mindn.
