Hanwa - Is D Plus a Good ADC?

I have questions about how functional Hanwa life is going to be as a roster, especially having a lot of interest on paper. But their first games have been pretty bad. And I think D plus, it's hard to see who's going to stop this team. Like T one is, you know, this will be an epic battle this year,. Most likely between T one and D plus. They may trade titles, it may depend on the meta a little bit. It's just, it's too fucking good, man. You don't just pick your champion because you're amazing.
