All three synoptic gospels are telling this story, but I love the way they're describing it. Do you never read scripture? Have you only read enough to get maybe, did you get stuck in Isaiah chapters 2? Miss too many days of seminary or institute. Come on, people. Man, you guys are looking for any kind of misstep. In a way, I could probably call that work. You police enforcers. What are you reducing Sabbath day observance down to? Well, notice the Lord's response, verse 3 and 4. But he said unto them, have ye not read? Mark's version says, have ye never read? Luke's version
