Jave Perways, Convicted of Health Care Fraud
A judge sentenced doctor jovid perwas to 59 years in prison for doing unnecessary procedures on patients. Some of the patients have filed civil suits against the doctor, but attorneys say this money will go to the victims. Judge smith also ordered Jave Perways to pay a total of 20 point eight million dollars in restitution that will be used to compensate the real victims.
