I totally relate to what you're saying, just like the diminishing returns as well. It's like, okay, this extra like five hours a week in the gym is going to get me an amount of muscle that literally nobody is going to even notice. So it does happen. That's basically everything I had on my list. Is there anything that we haven't covered yet that you want to mention before you wrap up here? I don't think so, man. I think there's like a lot that people can potentially use in there.
