Why Do Drug Traffickers Use Stock Phones?

The problem is, those guys aren't using riphons. They use secure pones and all sorts of other devices. So in my opinion, it's not he kind of justite. You cannot justify chasing this very expensive suit if you want to go after really big criminals. How about extremists, ghadists, kis? There must be justification there.
