In January, UK-based nonprofit Cochrane published a study on mask wearing guidance. The main finding of the study was that they could not find any evidence one way or the other that guidance to wear masks was effective at preventing the spread of disease.
Many people think that with inflation and interest-rate rises abating, the worst effects on housing markets might be over. Not so fast.
