We lose native and traditional architecture a second. Then we go to food and then we can go to language. Because languages are dying every year. That means less diversity, less otherness. Just like small publishers can't survive, you've got to be part of a big publishing house. You've got to compete in the global marketplace. People want it cheap and people want it fast and they want it good. And that means uniformity and that means good by otherness.
