Running a Half Marathon Isn't It?

When I first ran a 5k I was like I don't know how anybody does any does longer than this. Sometimes you have ones where you go I can't even complete the distance I set out to do and it will all be fine. It's really easy to forget about the taper at the end of a half marathon. You have to almost negate those three weeks at the end where you're kind of gradually dropping down. The adrenaline and the London marathon buzz will get you round, he says.
