Rodney: I think all of us understand and believe that we are responsible for our own reactions. But when we're in systems where we have a lot of autonomy and sovereignty, it can be very difficult to parse what is reminding me of something that is a bad memory or useful data. In my perspective, if you think about like the volume of a musical note, a musical note being like loud and really audible, that's the type of sensing in our body. So the loudness of what we're sensing always has information for us. We actually have to get great at sensing the nature of attention or a blockage.
