Influence Is Like a Social Formula

Our influence, or ability to have an impact on people is really a factor of three things. The first is who we're connected to. You can't influence anybody that you're not connected to. A, the second is how much they trust you. Unlike force, a influence is kind of an optin thing your at least the way t a we talk about it.
