Warren Buffett's Investment Decision to Move to US?

I don't think Warren Buffett has anything to do with TSMC moving to US. My concern is that they need to keep at least a 3-year gap between Taiwan and US because they get too close. The W issue for Taiwan, Taiwan lose a competitive advantage. I simply cannot see Taiwan moving R&D to US. It makes no sense at all. If that happens, then that would be really big trouble. I hope it doesn't happen. That concerns more from manufacturing perspective than the R&D."
