The Cambodian Government's Critique

There's a lot of political influence in this tribunal, the Cambodian government had a very heavy hand. They cut the jurisdiction to the period of Khmer Rouge rule only. The tribunal had this ambiguous language that they would try senior leaders and those most responsible. And so we had, you know, corruption in the sense that tainted the reputation of the court.
