The Golden Tip to Toasting the Bread
Once all of the moisture on that outer edge of the bread has evaporated, right. It can now toast the bread. By breaking apart the bread molecules, the proteins and the carbohydrates, revealing the carbon. If you leave the bread in too long, it's completely Black. That is pretty doggling cool, to be honest.
