Once all of the moisture on that outer edge of the bread has evaporated, right. It can now toast the bread. By breaking apart the bread molecules, the proteins and the carbohydrates, revealing the carbon. If you leave the bread in too long, it's completely Black. That is pretty doggling cool, to be honest. And I got a little excited when you said that, because I've never considered it. However, I don't have a toaster. Chuck, you need race counseling. Okay. Thank you.
