Building a Well-Rounded Team

What i look for most of all isempathy and em. You empathise with people, but you cannot make them feel understood because you can't communicate that ympathy. And so when you're going for your first product roll, obviously demonstrating being able to stat some form of empathy would if they were going to work for you. It's a messy roll. Therea there are day to day challenges which people don't necessarily want to talk about in a public forum. But sit them down over a drink and you'll soon hear the reality s eting into into a either into a junior role or a more senior roll. I think it's an interesting question of how you train up
