Palantir uses blueprint as a component library. We don't use it as our design system unless maybe you do. I'm working on my own design system, and it's not going to have blueprints. It's going to be tailwind based. If you want to write your own custom CSS,. we use treat, which is like our in-house. open source, but built in house CSS and JS library. And that has a theming system. So yeah, you can sort of do both.
