What Is a Breaking Change?

Sember is a Rust program that lets you write your own code. It's designed to be fully documented so users can see what their programs are doing and if they break, it will alert them. Sember was inspired by the idea of writing documentation for an open-source programming language like Ruby or Python. The project has been in development since 2008 but hasn't released yet.
