I think about operational efficiency in terms of sales, go-to-market and product engineering. I am always interested in knowing how much are we going to invest? And this links to a second big idea, which is the purpose of that action being very proposeful. We have a definition of success and a measure to know whether that success is happening or not. Being operationally efficient cannot be against an initial investment cost who will take some time to recover.
