How to Influence Your Practice
In a teaching hospital, other than the attendings and some of the doctors who are just like a little bit below them, they switch out every couple of weeks. And I think that incorporating that into my own practice personally would make a big difference for me. The informality of your suggestions, Francis, I like that's something I can manage with my social expertise. It's energy. Now I am going to push you to experiment with one or two things that are a little bit outside of your zone of control because I want to start firing up the muscles of how do I influence this larger system around me.
