A man that doesn't understand their men to talk past them could end up having a frustrated pastor and no newly developed leaders because everybody's frustrated. A guy goes into a church he's like i want to develop leaders and after two years he hasn't really gained any interest he shouldn't be frustrating himself by trying to take them so fast where he would like them to go.
