There's this huge appetite for behavior change and behavioral economics. And I think that with all the willingness in the world, what we see is that there's a certain degree of upskilling you can do. And then it kind of falls away and people slip back into the bad patterns. So I'm really interested to know whether the way that you do the training, whether you see long lasting benefits or if that's something you have to keep on coming back to.
