i agree with you that i'm since taking up jessica's suggestion. There is a lot of evidence that these things do still work if you've actually fallen asleep. But i think it's better to be hovering in that kind of awake, kind of a sleep state because that window is t most suggestible window. And one thing too, i won't to add, i was talking with one of our coaches, a tara valentine, about this - he'll have clients that will come in and have difficulty with this as well. So just showing your body, i am safe in this moment,. I'm here on this bed. Nothing can hurt me. I'm ok
