Do You Know What's Passive Stuff?

I like to do both. So i do the foot strengthening, the to yoga. I find them extremely helpful for learning how to engage the foot while you're moving. If you spend a time indoors, then you can add things to your house to add texture to your feet. We need that for the show. What can we do during the show that n't be too distracting to people. And just getting outside, getting some sunlight and gettingyt in like the dirt or the grass. You know, running barefoot is definitely a part of it.
