The Importance of Client Experience in Banking

I think it's probably one of the best things we can experience, right? In our jobs, because it says to you, listen, you've got it wrong. You need to fix this. And so that forces us to become really good at things like CX and UX design as an example. The client experience, the user experience in the current day and age is absolutely critical. So I think that that's one of the learnings that most certainly come out of this experience for a long time.
